Science Gardens

The Science Gardens is an open-air branch of the Museum of Municipal Engineering. Named after Stanisław Lem, a Polish science-fiction writer, it is an education park containing 60 devices, including a Newton’s Cradle, an acoustic telegraph, and tubular bells, that illustrate the laws of physics and nature and explain questions of mechanics, optics, acoustics, hydrostatics and magnetism.
